Branch Managers Tree & Landscaping Services partners Steven Alter and Jordan Jacobson. They have almost 40 years of combined landscaping and tree experience.
In 1993, with a small push mower, Steven started his first company with just one employee, and grew the business to over 55 employees. The company was originally known as Grass Roots Landscape Design and Maintenance. It's primary function was to provide a full range of lawn, trimming, and maintenance services to homeowner/condominium associations, along with commercial establishments and private homes. As the business grew and evolved, Steven expanded his services to include tree work. In 1999, Landcare Tree Experts of Florida was established to satisfy our customer requests for tree care.
The successful management and operation of both companies resulted in an opportunity to sell operation in May, 2008. While enjoying his retirement, the family decided to move to Parker, Colorado that fall season.
In late 2011, Steven's love for the business culminated in brining the family back to South Florida. By Spring 2012, Steven was back in the tree business with a new and improved company named Branch Managers Tree & Landscaping Services. This is the company in which specializes in tree care for Homeowners & Condominium Associations, along with Commercial buildings and private residences. His customer base continues to expand as he's made a career in working closely with management companies, Boards, and national customers.
